For practices, labs and studios in Berlin
2,000 people,
one recurring question.
We are building a longevity community in Berlin: 2,000 people, regular events, a shared interest in health you can measure. And the same question, again and again — where do I get a full blood panel, a VO2max test, a proper check-up around here?
So far all we can answer with is a name. We would rather answer with an appointment.
No commission · no base fee · you remain the contracting party

The principle
We bring you the right person —
with a specific question.
Berlin has 173 providers for longevity, prevention and diagnostics. For someone who simply wants their ApoB measured again, that is a haystack — and your practice is the needle in it.
Liv translates a question into a specific service and shows who offers it nearby. You do not have to offer anything new. What is already in your catalogue becomes findable.
- “My ApoB was too high last time — where can I have it measured again?”Extended lipid profileBlood panel & biomarkers
- “I want to know where my endurance actually stands, not what the watch estimates.”Spiroergometry with breath gas analysisVO2max
- “I would like everything checked once, with someone who takes the time.”Longevity check-upPreventive care with a results consultation
- “How old am I biologically, actually?”Epigenetic testBiological age

Why this demand comes back
Whoever measures wants to improve.
Whoever improves measures again.
Our members already track sleep, resting heart rate and HRV — every day, on their wrist. A lab value from you gives that data a fixed point. And anyone who then changes something — training, nutrition, supplements — wants to know three months later whether it worked.
No watch can answer that. It takes the next measurement — where the baseline was taken: with you. A booking becomes a measuring rhythm, not a one-off contact.
- ApoB
- HbA1c
- hs-CRP
- VO2max
- and further markers
- Resting heart rate
- 54 bpm
- HRV (7-day average)
- 68 ms
- Deep sleep
- 1 h 12 min
- VO2max
- 48.2
- ApoB
- 108 mg/dl
ApoB is above the target range. A follow-up in three months makes sense.
Book a follow-up
Recurrence is built in
A single value answers one question. A trend raises the next. The reminder for the follow-up measurement is part of the app — not part of your workload.
Prepared appointments
Members arrive with a specific question and know which parameter they want measured. That shortens the conversation.
You keep the interpretation
Liv explains values and puts them in context — no diagnosis, no treatment recommendation. Both remain exclusively with you.
Terms
0% commission. €0 base fee.
You remain your patients' contracting party and the recipient of your fee. Liv earns from the members' service fee — not from you: after the closed beta the member pays 10% on top of your price, itemised separately at checkout. Your price and your fee are untouched by it.
| Commission per booking | 0% |
|---|---|
| Monthly base fee | €0 |
| Setup or onboarding fee | €0 |
| Minimum term | none |
| Merchant of record | your practice |
| Payout | immediate, directly to your account |
| Member service fee | 10% after the closed beta — paid by the member, not by you |
Why the model is built this way round
Doctors may not grant remuneration for the referral of patients (§ 31 of the professional code, §§ 299a/b of the German Criminal Code). That is why no money flows from your practice to Liv — not as a flat fee, not per appointment, not as an advertising subsidy. The service fee is borne by the member.
Activation: four details
ID card or passport · IBAN of the business account · tax number · date of birth and address. No commercial register extract, no shareholder list. One time, about ten minutes.
Additionally
Commercial register extract (for a GbR: the partnership agreement or proof from the tax office) plus details of beneficial owners holding 25% or more.
The identity check is required by law and runs through Stripe, our payment provider. Your identity documents go directly to Stripe — Liv does not store them.
By the way
You are already in.
To be able to answer our members' questions, we surveyed the Berlin longevity landscape: 173 providers, 1,031 services with a price — recorded from the providers' own websites. So your entry already exists. It just is not bookable yet.

What is still missing
Two things: your confirmation that the details are correct — and a payout account, so that an entry can become a booking.
- Check the detailsPrices, durations, names — recorded from your own website, as of 25 July 2026. Anything no longer accurate we change immediately. Anything that should not be bookable we take out.
- Connect your accountOne time through Stripe, about ten minutes. After that your fee flows directly to your account.
- Go liveYour entry becomes bookable and appears in our members' search.
Your entry becomes publicly visible only after you approve it. You would rather not be listed at all? One email is enough — we remove the entry completely.
Frequently asked questions
What does this cost me?
For your practice, nothing. No base fee, no commission, no setup costs. Liv is funded by a service fee that the member pays on top of your price — 10% after the closed beta, itemised separately at checkout. You receive your fee in full.
Who is the patient's contracting party?
You are. The treatment contract is formed between you and the member. Liv is the booking route, not the service provider. In payment terms too you remain the merchant of record — the money flows through Stripe directly to your account.
Is this not referral for remuneration?
No. No money flows from your practice to us — neither as a flat fee nor per appointment. That is precisely why we built the model this way round: the fee is borne by the member, not the provider.
What happens to the health data?
From you we receive booking data only: name, appointment, booked service. We never see findings — unless the member uploads them into their own account themselves. We provide a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR before activation.
I am already on Doctolib. Why Liv as well?
Doctolib brings you people looking for a doctor. Liv brings you people who already know which value they want measured — and who plan a follow-up measurement afterwards. Different demand, not a replacement.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes. Your services and prices are usually already recorded; you check them, correct what is wrong and set up your payout account through Stripe. For that you need an ID document, your IBAN and your tax number.
Your entry is waiting for approval.
Check, correct, activate — in about ten minutes. Free, with no contractual commitment. You keep your prices, your patients and your fee.
Setup takes about 10 minutes · no contractual commitment · cancel any time
Liv brokers appointments between members and providers. The treatment contract is formed exclusively between provider and member; Liv does not become the service provider. Payments are processed through Stripe; the provider remains the contracting party and the recipient of payment. Liv takes no patient-related remuneration from medical providers.
